Hosts were very nice and amicable, even gave us room also with kitchen utensils. The room was normal double and big and the location - awesome!

That the location was bad.

You could use a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators if you wanted to cook. The owner was always available. It was excellent in a jungle far from the beach. Moreover, it was really close to quiet area, and the exepensive restaurant downstair.

The value for the money at this condo resort was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was secluded and safe, with good amenities. The staff went above and beyond to help me when I was injured, even buying me breakfast and essential items.

My recent stay at Venetian Resort Pattaya was amazing! The building is beautiful and the pool is fantastic. I loved the design and the convenience of having everything I needed in the room - a fully equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies, and even a fridge. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, especially when I was injured and needed assistance. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The room had all the necessary amenities such as a microwave, water cooker, and induction heater, making it feel like a complete home. having an additional mattress allowed our family to comfortably fit in the room. the swimming pool was a highlight, as it was directly accessible from our ground-floor room, making it convenient for a quick swim. the depth of the pool was perfect for families, and we didn't need to go elsewhere for entertainment. the proximity of two stores just a few minutes away also made buying groceries easy.

The response from the staff to our complaints was slow, especially when dealing with blocked pipes and drains. the issue took several hours to resolve despite repeated reminders.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this resort! The condo was so cool, with modern decor and everything looked brand new. The swimming pool was mind-blowing, it was so clean and the kids had a blast playing in it. The on-site car park was super convenient, just right in front of the building. The security guards were really helpful and made me feel safe throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hair dryer and an iron in the room, those little details really made a difference. The value for money was excellent, I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a great experience. The whole place was so quiet and secluded, not crowded at all. my stay at this resort was absolutely fantastic and I can't wait to come back!
